This program meets the needs of three groups of professionals: those working in agribusiness who wish to upgrade their management skills; those wishing to redirect their careers into agribusiness; and new graduates in either business or agricultural/rural science wishing to add to their employment prospects.

The Graduate Diploma in Nursing is specifically designed for graduates of any Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent degree to enable them to extend their nursing knowledge and skills in a specialist setting. As with the Graduate Certificate in Nursing and Master of Nursing, students will be able to select from six fields of study for specialisation or use the generic Advanced Practice Nursing field tailored to suit the specialist practice setting of the student. The Advanced Practice Nursing field of study is offered internally only to domestic students.

Project management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources in such a way that they deliver all the work required to complete a project within defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints within acceptable levels of risk. Project managers can be found in all industries. The postgraduate programs in project management at the University of Queensland are based on the nine, core knowledge areas of the international institutes of project management.
