愛丁堡大學(xué)取消22個(gè)專業(yè)的秋季入學(xué)啦！

愛丁堡大學(xué)作為英國學(xué)界的一股泥石流，疫情期間公布不接受defer，前幾天還直接宣布取消22個(gè)專業(yè)的入學(xué)！

愛丁堡大學(xué)此項(xiàng)舉措的公布并沒有po在官網(wǎng)上，而是給同學(xué)發(fā)送了內(nèi)部郵件。并針對此項(xiàng)政策的應(yīng)對辦法做了如下解釋說明：

針對突如其來的變動(dòng)調(diào)整，2020準(zhǔn)留學(xué)生應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)對？這些政策是否對2021申請同學(xué)帶來負(fù)面影響？

針對愛大的入學(xué)政策，留學(xué)生該怎么辦？
受疫情影響，愛丁堡大學(xué)2020學(xué)年不再開設(shè)的專業(yè)及調(diào)劑專業(yè)名單：

盡管有部分專業(yè)被取消，但是官方解釋被取消的這些專業(yè)一般是比較冷門，或者是教學(xué)可能會(huì)涉及到多人線下討論一類的課程，同時(shí)學(xué)校郵件也有說學(xué)生可以選擇其他專業(yè)入學(xué)。

此外今年疫情影響下，任何“抄底”入讀的事情都有可能發(fā)生，取消本專業(yè)入讀，反而有可能調(diào)劑至其它以往條件申請不到的專業(yè)，因禍得福。

雖然這個(gè)消息突然又讓人害怕，但是我們還是需要去冷靜面對鴨。
建議優(yōu)先調(diào)劑>2021重新申請，如果執(zhí)意想讀這個(gè)專業(yè)，建議綜合比較手頭的offer，看看是否選擇其他offer。
