The Barker Apartments were built in 1996 and provide 219 places in 59 apartments of varying sizes, most in 5 bedroom shared apartments (Average room size: 10-12 square metres). Smaller apartments are also available for couples and families with young children and there are a number of apartments that are wheelchair accessible. The three-storey block is set in landscaped gardens located on the University Campus adjacent to the Village Green.
