格拉斯哥大學(xué)的入學(xué)要求還是相當(dāng)高的，它的學(xué)校錄取系統(tǒng)中存有一張官方的“中國學(xué)校排名表”，如果申請者的畢業(yè)院校不在這張表上，系統(tǒng)會將其自動排除在“錄取名單”之外，當(dāng)然這張表和國內(nèi)211、985大學(xué)的關(guān)系想必童鞋們都心知肚明吧。
但是格拉斯哥發(fā)放Offer的速度很快，申請人數(shù)自然非常多，今年很多申請格大的童鞋條件是明顯不夠，卻還要去“送死”，被拒也是理所當(dāng)然的。盡管是“保底王”，但門檻還是有的。
格拉斯哥大學(xué)2013年英國留學(xué)申請季的活躍度可謂是出奇得高。
進入的榜單有“2013年中國童鞋申請數(shù)量最多的6所大學(xué)”、“2013年發(fā)放OFFER數(shù)量最多的六所大學(xué)”、“2013年申請成功率最高的五所大學(xué)”以及“2013年拒掉申請最多的六所大學(xué)”。一口氣進入四張榜單，實在是厲害。
而2014年英國留學(xué)申請季，它怎能放過第一張榜單“截至目前，2014年申請季中國學(xué)生最愛申請的英國大學(xué)”呢?它同樣也擠入了榜單中。
就2014申請季到目前為止的情形來看，學(xué)生收到的格大OFFER數(shù)量也還不錯，即使人家的錄取要求一而再、再而三地提高也沒有阻止住中國學(xué)生的申請熱情。
